Job Description

Deine Aufgaben

  • Develop, expand, and maintain the Authorized Service Partner network in Germany. 
  • Identify, evaluate, and support the onboarding of new service centers, ensuring compliance with Midea standards and processes. 
  • Coordinate and follow up on service orders and cases across the service network. 
  • Act as a central interface between Technical Support, Spare Parts, Call Center, and Service Partners to ensure smooth case resolution. 
  • Monitor and control ASP invoicing, validating accuracy, compliance, and alignment with agreed service conditions. 
  • Track service performance, operational KPIs, and network efficiency. 
  • Prepare and deliver regular follow-up and performance reports using Excel and CRM data. 
  • Ensure all service cases, partner data, and documentation are properly maintained in CRM platforms. 
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to service processes and network performance. 
  • Conduct regular business trips within Germany to visit service partners, support network development, and perform operational follow-ups.

Dein Profil

  • Advanced Excel skills, including reporting, data analysis, and KPI tracking. 
  • Proven experience working with CRM platforms and service management systems. 
  • Confident user of MS Office tools and digital platforms.

  • Willingness and flexibility to travel within Germany.
  • German: Advanced level (written and spoken) – mandatory. 
  • English: Advanced level (written and spoken)
