The S ervice Navigator for the agency’s Fatherhood FORGE program functions as a service coordinator for participants in the community who are enrolled in the agency’s FORGE programming. This role is essential in helping participants build brighter futures through employment training, job readiness, financial empowerment, and delivery of responsible parenting curriculum. This position coordinates services with other Goodwill programs and community partners to ensure seamless service delivery. The Service Navigator is responsible for providing advocacy (when necessary), full scope case planning, job placement services and facilitation of responsible parenting curriculum to educate and support participants in achieving their goals. This team is expected to split their work between agency and community partner sites so reliable transportation will be essential in this role.

External Hiring Range: $20.75-20.87/hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday (8:00am – 4:00pm) Schedule can vary depending on department needs.
