Sales Manager – Service & Modernisation

This is an opportunity for an experienced sales and people leader who enjoys building high-performing sales teams, developing talent, strengthening customer partnerships, and delivering sustainable business growth. You will combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach, supporting your team, engaging with customers, and creating an environment where everyone can perform at their best.

As part of the London & South Leadership Team, you will help shape regional success while working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider business.

What You Will Be Doing

Leading and Developing People

• Inspire, coach, and support a talented multi-skilled sales team.
• Create an inclusive, high-performing culture where everyone feels valued and empowered to contribute.
• Provide regular coaching, mentoring, and career development support.
• Encourage collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Build future leadership capability and succession within the team.

Driving Growth and Customer Success

• Lead the delivery of regional sales targets across orders, revenue, profitability, and customer growth.
• Help your team identify and secure new opportunities while strengthening existing customer relationships.
• Support key customer discussions and strategic sales opportunities.
• Champion a proactive sales culture focused on customer value, long-term relationships, and sustainable growth.
• Promote KONE's innovative digital and value-added solutions.

Working Alongside Your Team

• Support team members in customer meetings and strategic opportunities.
• Provide practical coaching and guidance throughout the sales cycle.
• Share best practices and celebrate success across the team.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across operations, service, finance, and leadership functions.

Building Strong Relationships

• Develop trusted partnerships with customers, consultants, developers, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
• Support strategic account growth and customer retention.
• Ensure customers receive solutions that meet their current and future needs.
• Represent KONE as a credible and trusted business partner.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience leading, coaching, and developing sales professionals.
• A collaborative leadership style and a genuine passion for helping others succeed.
• Experience delivering sales growth and commercial performance.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial awareness and confidence in customer-facing environments.
• Experience managing pipelines, forecasts, and sales performance metrics.
• The ability to work effectively across teams and functions.
