Following developments in our Repairs & Maintenance team, Guinness Property is looking for a passionate and driven Service Manager to join our London team.
As our new Service Manager, you will be empowering our Responsive Repairs team in West London to deliver high‑quality, first‑time‑fix repairs in residents’ homes across the region. You will manage the team’s productivity, quality of work and progress by undertaking regular inspections of work. You will also manage approved contractor performance and compliance and ensure the relevant resources are in place.
The postcodes covered within your designated patch are HA0, HA2, HA3, HA4, HA5, HA6, HA9, NW10, NW12, UB6, UB9, W10, W11, W12, W2, W3, W4, WD19, WD23.
This is a full‑time, permanent opportunity. You will predominantly be based in the field supporting the operatives across your designated patch, with some admin-based work from our central London office and the flexibility for occasional working from home.
