Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of assigned routes/territories
• Supervise and directs the activities of Route Managers within assigned region
• Ensure that set quotas for contracts, rentals and product/equipment are achieved
• Improve quality and ensure positive client relationships through regular client liaison and scheduled inspections of accounts
• Responsible for mentoring, coaching, and leading Route Managers to be successful in their roles
• Responsible for training and development, inventory management, sales and service support to team members
• Comply and adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Pest Control experience
• A Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Strong communication skills and administrative ability
• Proven sales track record
