At Aspire Hub, we don't just provide care.

We are seeking an experienced, motivated and proactive Service Manager to lead and oversee the delivery of high-quality, person-centred supports across our NDIS services.

This is an opportunity for a confident leader who understands the disability sector, enjoys developing teams and is passionate about ensuring Participants receive safe, consistent and meaningful supports that promote independence, choice and control.

About the Role

  • Service Delivery: Oversee the daily operations of Participant supports, ensuring services remain person-centred, safe, consistent and responsive to individual needs
  • Rostering and Financial Management: Oversee staffing arrangements, rosters, service agreements and Participant funding to ensure services operate efficiently and within budget and SCHADS Award requirements

  • Participant Outcomes: Support the implementation and monitoring of individual support plans, positive behaviour support strategies and complex care requirements
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build positive working relationships with Participants, families, guardians, allied health professionals and other key stakeholders
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to strengthen operational processes, employee performance and the overall quality of service delivery
  • Incident and Emergency Management: Provide effective leadership and sound decision making in response to incidents, emergencies and operational challenges, including participation in an after hours on call roster

About You

We are looking for someone who is organised, accountable and confident in leading teams within a fast paced disability services environment.

You will bring:

  • Sound understanding of the NDIS, NDIS Practice Standards and person-centred service delivery
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach employees, manage performance and build accountable teams
  • Understanding of operational rostering, SCHADS Award requirements, service agreements and Participant funding
  • Experience managing competing priorities, responding to incidents and resolving operational challenges
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and problem solving skills
  • Strong administrative skills and confidence using electronic Participant management systems
  • A commitment to safeguarding, continuous improvement and positive Participant outcomes

Essential Requirements
