The Business
Corporate Services support, equip and help guide Council to deliver the Brisbane Vision through centralised corporate services and a customer-focused approach.
Information Services branch (ISB) delivers digital and information technologies to maintain and enhance Council’s information, processes and systems, and enable data driven insights to improve decision-making and customer experience.
The Role
The Service Manager, Digital Connectivity is responsible for the strategic oversight and operational management of digital connectivity services at Council. This role will manage services including corporate/mobile telephony & network carriage, mobile devices, unified communications and digital radio.
In this role you will ensure the delivery of a seamless and efficient communication experience for employees; drive continuous improvement in service quality, reliability, and user experience; and help define and execute device and service roadmaps.
You will work closely with various internal stakeholders across Council and establish good working relationships with various external vendors.
You will use your knowledge and experience in digital services to guide and optimise performance, cost-effectiveness, and future-readiness of Council’s communication infrastructure.
