Salary Range: $20.00 - $30.00 Hourly, The Service Manager is responsible for overseeing small service projects, including emergency repairs, leak investigations, maintenance work, and other small-scale scopes. This role will manage the service team, ensure a strong client experience, and maintain high standards for safety, quality, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Client Service

• Lead and support the service team while maintaining a positive, customer-focused culture.
• Build strong client relationships through clear communication and responsiveness.
• Ensure client concerns and service needs are handled quickly and professionally.

Operations

• Manage daily service operations, including emergency repairs, leak investigations, and small projects.
• Coordinate scheduling, manpower, materials, and job progress.
• Ensure work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to company standards.

Financial & Administrative

• Monitor job costing, budgets, and profitability.
• Support accurate invoicing, billing, and collections.

Review service performance and identify opportunities for improvement

Qualifications

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction, roofing, building services, or related experience.
• Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple service projects at the same time.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and problem-solving.
