You will oversee the day-to-day operational management of the service, supporting and developing your team to achieve performance targets, maintain quality standards and deliver positive outcomes for the people we support.
You will help ensure that individuals experiencing mental health challenges or housing-related difficulties receive person-centred support that promotes recovery, independence, wellbeing and a greater quality of life.
Community outreach is an important part of this role, helping ensure that support is accessible and responsive to people's individual circumstances and needs.

You will understand the importance of person-centred support, safeguarding and partnership working in mental health and supported housing services. You will also be comfortable working across different locations and undertaking community outreach as part of your role.
Experience in mental health, supported housing, recovery-focused services, substance misuse, payment-by-results contracts, business development or tender writing would also be beneficial, depending on the service.
Above all, you will share our commitment to Waythrough’s values of kindness, courage and respect, and be passionate about supporting people to achieve meaningful, lasting change.
