About the Role

As an IPS Service Manager, you will lead the delivery of an employment support service that helps people with mental health challenges find and sustain paid work. You will support staff, build employer partnerships, and ensure services are delivered to a high standard in line with the IPS model.

Key Duties

  • Lead and support the IPS team to deliver positive employment outcomes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with employers and key stakeholders.
  • Provide training, guidance and support on the IPS approach.
  • Monitor service performance, quality and reporting requirements.
  • Support contract delivery, compliance and continuous improvement activities.

About You

You will have experience of the IPS model or employment support services, alongside strong leadership and communication skills. You will be organised, solution-focused, and passionate about helping people achieve their employment goals. Experience of managing performance, stakeholders and service delivery is essential.
