As a Service Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of approximately 15 technicians and 3-4 internal staff Your leadership will guide the planning and execution of our service activities, while ensuring the quality and consistency of our services. Working closely with internal R&D and engineering, you'll provide critical technical support, ensuring our service department operates at peak efficiency.
Oversee and manage daily activities of the service team
Coordinate planning and follow-up of service operations
Maintain high-quality service delivery.
Serve as a link between office staff and field technicians
Drive the structuring and professionalization of the service department.
Collaborate with R&D and engineering for technical support.
Report directly to the COO
We seek a candidate with a strong background in service management and proven people management skills. You should be able to lead both technical and administrative teams effectively.
Experience in a service-oriented environment is essential.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Experience with building or structuring a service department
Technical background or affinity with technical products is an advantage.
Comfortable working in a dynamic SME environment independent, pragmatic, and hands-on.
