Salary: £13,169.52 per annum

Hours: 14 hours weekly

Responsibilities

Are you looking for a role that's both challenging and rewarding, where you can make a real difference in the lives of our service users? As the Service Manager, you'll have overall accountability for ensuring the service runs smoothly and safely, while your dedicated team provides the highest standard of care to our service users.

Qualifications

Candidates must have a NVQ Level 5 (or equivalent) in Health & Social Care (or the willingness to work towards in an agreed time-frame) and have previous experience of leading a team in a similar care setting.

Whilst skills are important, our main priority for any new colleague is to find people who share similar values and attitudes to our own.
