Permanent, Full Time

ÂŁ35,000-ÂŁ40,000 per annum

Based in the clients home in Gateshead

We’re looking for a Service Manager to lead and support our dedicated team in delivering exceptional, person‑centred care for an individual with ADHD, FASD, learning disability and PTSD.

đź’ˇ About the Role

In this role, you will:

  • Provide day‑to‑day leadership of the home and staff team, ensuring staffing levels, skill mix and maintaining a structured, calm and predictable environment tailored to the young person’s needs.

  • Act as the designated safeguarding lead, ensuring all safeguarding concerns and incidents are responded to and escalated.

  • Lead and embed a planned transition approach as the young person approaches 18, gradually shifting practice from child‑based frameworks toward adult models of care.

  • Oversee person‑centred care planning informed by trauma, attachment and psychological formulation, ensuring behaviour support, safety plans and interventions are proportionate, reviewed and ethically sound.

📚 Experience and Qualifications We’re Looking For

  • Health & Social Care qualification.

  • Management experience within homes or community-based services with a leadership/management qualification.
