Manager to lead one of our education and care services, ensuring high‑quality, safe and inclusive environments where children thrive, educators feel supported, and families are genuinely engaged. This role is ideal for a confident, collaborative leader with strong people leadership skills, a deep understanding of the National Quality Framework, and a passion for continuous improvement and community connection. We are a not-for-profit, community-based organisation that has been providing education and care to children from birth to 12 years of age across Tasmania for over 80 years. The role
As Service Manager, you’ll lead the day‑to‑day management of an education and care service in line with the National Quality Framework. Acting as Nominated Supervisor, you’ll provide ethical and pedagogical leadership, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement to achieve high‑quality outcomes for children and families.

What you’ll bring:
·Demonstrated leadership experience in education and care, with the capability to act as a Nominated Supervisor
·Proven ability to lead, mentor and develop high‑performing teams
·Strong, working knowledge of the National Quality Framework and relevant legislation
·An ACECQA‑approved Diploma or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
·A current Tasmanian Registration to Work with Vulnerable People (child-related activity – childcare services ) and the ability to obtain a National Police Check
