We are now seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Service Manager to lead our Wacol branch—home to the largest service department in our business. This is not just an operational role. We’re looking for someone who can challenge the status quo, improve how we work, and scale our service operations for growth.

About the Role

Reporting to the Wacol Branch Manager, you will lead a large, high-performing service team including foremen, technicians, and support staff. You will be responsible for both the day to dayperformance of the workshop and the strategic direction of the department.

This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional service while evolving our systems, processes, and capabilities to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a large service team, fostering a strong, accountable and high-performing culture
  • Oversee workshop operations, ensuring efficient workflow, quality workmanship, and timely
    job completion
  • Drive improvements in productivity, efficiency, and service delivery
  • Expand market share by optimising pre-delivery and build efficiency, ensuring machines are delivered on time, to standard, and ready to perform from day on
  • Drive growth in retail service by increasing customer retention and expanding maintenance, repair, and preventative service offerings.
  • Build strong customer relationships and ensure outstanding service experiences
  • Manage budgets, costs, and revenue performance of the service department
  • Monitor and improve key KPIs including technician efficiency, WIP, and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with OEM warranty processes and industry regulations
  • Strengthen supplier and manufacturer relationships
  • Champion safety, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment

  • Solid technical understanding of machinery and service operations
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem solving
  • A passion for continuous improvement, innovation, and challenging “how things have always been done”
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset

Allclass is an independent, family-owned Queensland business. It was established in 1992 in Oxley, Brisbane. After significant growth in the year 2000, Allclass moved to Sumner Park and in 2018 we moved to a much larger purpose built facility at Wacol.
