Your Day-to-Day Might Include…
· Leading and coaching a high-performing HVAC team
· Running daily huddles, coaching sessions, and ride-alongs
· Ensuring schedules, dispatch, and workflow run like clockwork
· Monitoring KPIs and planning strategies to hit goals
· Supporting technicians with guidance, training, and customer communication
· Maintaining brand standards and a positive team culture
· Reducing callbacks, increasing revenue, improving efficiency
· Making sure customers walk away saying, “WOW.”
Requirements
We’re looking for a leader.. not just a manager.
You should have:
· 3+ years in service management, or leadership
· Proven success coaching and developing technicians
· Confidence with KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics
· Excellent communication and decision-making skills
· A passion for process, people, and operational excellence
