The Opportunity
The Service Manager will be responsible for the preparation of service/repair estimates, assisting with larger scale mining project quotes, the scheduling and coordination of service work (in house and field service). He/ She will be responsible for the supervision of a team of employees and ensures that the work produced meets customer requirements and company standards while addressing escalated customer issues and requests.

The Candidate
Education: College diploma / Post secondary education/ Skilled trade certification + Manufacturing/Engineering experience considered an asset.
Work Experience:
4-6 years’ related experience in service, product support operations, and Industrial Hydraulics (Engineering)/manufacturing considered advantageous
Mining equipment experience is an asset
Managing KPI’s, WIP, Department P&L, and tech utilization.
Knowledge: Experience working with budgets, analyzing budgets and developing targets, critical problem solving (Lean/Six Sigma/Kaizen) considered advantageous
Proficiency: Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Compensation:
Base pay $110,000.00 per annum plus Annual Incentive Bonus. Pay may vary based on skills, expertise, and performance, and is a component of the total rewards package.
