We’re proud to have been helping our clients build better financial futures for over 50 years. How have we achieved this? By working together – and supporting each other – all over the world. So, join our team and feel like you’re part of something bigger.
About your team
You’ll join the Service Asset & Configuration Management team, part of the broader Enterprise Service Management team within Enterprise Technology Services. The Service Asset & Configuration Management team maintains high quality service, asset and configuration data to support operational stability and informed decision making across Fidelity’s global technology landscape.
As part of a collaborative global technology environment, the team supports compliance, financial efficiency, risk reduction, and informed decision making by maintaining trusted asset and licence data throughout the technology lifecycle.
About your role
As a Software Asset Manager, you will govern the software asset management practice, ensuring full licence compliance, audit readiness, accurate entitlement records, and cost effective utilisation of software across the organisation.
You will provide operational leadership, governance, oversight, and expert licence management while working within the broader strategic direction set by senior leadership.
Working closely with ITAM, Procurement, Finance, Risk, Architecture, Engineering, and Service Management teams, you’ll ensure software assets are well controlled, optimised, compliant, and aligned with operational and regulatory expectations.

You bring deep experience in software licensing, operational governance, and SAM tooling. You demonstrate a pragmatic, detail oriented approach to data quality, compliance, and lifecycle management.
You’re comfortable working independently within established standards, influencing stakeholders, and guiding teams on complex licensing topics. Your strengths include analytical thinking, structured problem solving, clear communication, and a strong commitment to accuracy and compliance.
Feel rewarded
