Salary Range: $20.00 - $20.00 Hourly

Job Category: ServiceTonkin Mazda of Portland, one of Portland’s leading automotive dealerships, is looking for a reliable, hardworking Porter/Custodian to join our Reconditioning Department. This in-person role offers a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a respected dealership while supporting daily operations that keep our service and reconditioning teams running efficiently. Porter/Custodian Responsibilities
- Perform lot porter duties including moving, staging, and organizing vehicles
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reconditioning and service areas
- Clean oil spills and assist with general shop and facility upkeep
- Support the parts department by pulling and delivering parts to technicians
- Assist with receiving and organizing inventory
- Ensure vehicles are properly positioned and ready for technicians
- Maintain a safe and professional work environment
- Support team members with additional operational tasks as needed
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30AM-5:30PM

Pay Range: $20.00 depending on experience

QualificationsPorter/Custodian 

Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Comfortable performing physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and moving vehicles throughout the day
- Ability to safely operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.

About Gee Automotive Companies

The Gee Automotive Companies began in 1983 when George Gee opened a Pontiac dealership in Spokane, Washington, which quickly became the largest in the state. In 1991, the company added GMC to its offerings, and in 2000, it relocated to new facilities in Liberty Lake, WA.

In 2003, Ryan Gee became President and CEO, building on his parents' legacy by expanding the company to include Buick, Porsche of Spokane, Kia in Spokane and Coeur d'Alene, and Cadillac in Coeur d'Alene. Additionally, it manages a parts wholesale business, an automotive retail financing arm, an automotive wholesale operation, an off-site sale company, and two Allstate insurance agencies, employing over 2,500 team members focused on exceptional customer service across the Northwest.
