Job Description

The Senior Marketing Manager, EBG Central Marketing, will lead the Enterprise Central Marketing function and provide dotted-line governance across service-line marketing activities. This role will strengthen StarHub Enterprise’s brand positioning, elevate market awareness, and ensure closer alignment between business priorities and go-to-market execution. By driving a more coordinated and commercially focused marketing agenda, the role will support Enterprise’s growth priorities across customer acquisition, retention and services adoption.

As the Enterprise business scales in the region, this role will provide both strategic and executional marketing leadership to ensure marketing plans are aligned with business priorities, measurable and commercially impactful.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of structured go-to-market marketing plans across Enterprise business priorities, service lines and customer segments.
  • Establish a coordinated marketing operating rhythm across Central Marketing and service-line marketing teams to improve visibility, prioritisation and execution consistency.
  • Execute integrated marketing plans with clear objectives, target audiences, messaging, timelines, ownership and measurable outcomes.
  • Strengthen marketing discipline across campaign planning, customer targeting, value proposition development, market positioning, sales enablement and performance tracking.
  • Partner with Sales and Service Lines to develop customer-centric campaigns that support pipeline generation, account engagement, customer retention and cross-sell or upsell opportunities.
  • Strengthen Enterprise’s market positioning through consistent messaging, differentiated value propositions and client-centric use cases.
  • Ensure marketing efforts are aligned to overall Enterprise growth strategy, with a focus on driving awareness, demand generation, customer engagement and service adoption.
  • Oversee Enterprise brand and communications initiatives, including executive messaging, client success stories, thought leadership content, internal communications and external-facing marketing assets.
  • Collaborate with Group Brands & Communications to ensure Enterprise messaging is aligned with overall Group brand guidelines while addressing specific B2B audience needs.
  • Lead strategy and content development for the Executive Briefing Centre, ensuring it serves as a strategic client engagement platform for strategic and key partners.
  • Develop marketing performance dashboards and reporting mechanisms to track campaign effectiveness, marketing contribution and business impact.
  • Establish clear governance for marketing planning, budget prioritisation, campaign performance reviews and service-line marketing alignment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline. A postgraduate qualification would be advantageous.
  • At least 10 to 12 years of relevant B2B marketing experience, preferably within ICT and managed services.
  • Proven experience leading integrated go-to-market campaigns, enterprise marketing strategy, sales enablement, executive communications and client engagement initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, account-based marketing, solution marketing, pipeline generation and customer lifecycle marketing.
  • Experience working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams in a matrixed organisation.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate business priorities into marketing plans that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation and influencing skills.
  • Strong people leadership experience, with the ability to coach, mentor and develop marketing talent.
  • Comfortable operating at both strategic and executional levels, from shaping marketing strategy to driving hands-on delivery.
  • Data-driven and outcome-oriented, with experience tracking campaign performance, marketing ROI and business impact.
