The role extends the useful life of customers’ installed assets while increasing availability, speed, quality and sustainable business value.

The role carries end-to-end accountability for the strategic and commercial performance of the service line. Reporting to the Electrification & Automation Customer Service Head, the Head leads through a global matrix, develops regional Customer Service leaders, and scales product-related services through standardization, automation and effective execution.

How You'll Make an Impact

Strategic Vision & Ownership

  • Own the global Circularity Services business, defining strategy, targets and portfolio direction across spare parts, MV/LV retrofits, lifecycle extensions and digitally enabled product services.
  • Develop scalable offerings that extend asset lifecycles, improve availability and strengthen customer retention and sustainable growth.
  • Translate customer, market and installed-base needs into portfolio roadmaps, commercial opportunities and differentiated OEM service value.

Business & Financial Leadership

  • Hold end-to-end P&L accountability for revenue, profitability, cash, productivity, pricing, investments and overall portfolio performance.
  • Drive profitable growth by scaling retrofit, spare-parts, lifecycle-extension and e-business models across countries and customer segments.
  • Increase margins and scalability through automation, standardization and streamlined order-to-delivery processes while managing commercial and delivery risks.

Global Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead through influence across a global matrix, aligning regions, Business Units, Operations and functional partners behind common priorities.
  • Develop, coach and mentor Customer Service leaders across regions, strengthening leadership capability and organizational maturity.
  • Mobilize cross-functional and partner capabilities and act as a trusted partner to the Service Head and Business Unit Leadership.

Operational Excellence & Governance

  • Establish scalable operating models for spare parts, retrofits, lifecycle extensions and digitally enabled product-service delivery.
  • Improve availability, lead-time reliability, first-time-right execution, quality and customer transparency through process excellence and automation.
  • Drive performance governance and ensure compliance with environmental health and safety, cybersecurity, data protection, export control, ethical and regulatory requirements.

Customer & Market Focus

  • Improve customer outcomes through greater asset availability, delivery reliability, service quality and measurable lifecycle value.
  • Enable countries and channels with standardized offerings, pricing frameworks, commercial plays and required delivery capabilities.
  • Use customer, market and installed-base insights to identify growth opportunities and shape future circularity and product-service offerings.

What You Bring

  • Extensive senior leadership experience in product-related services, operations, business development or portfolio leadership within a technology-driven industry.
  • Proven record of driving profitable growth with significant P&L responsibility in spare parts, retrofits, lifecycle extensions, e-business or comparable scalable service models.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve productivity and scalability through automation, process transformation and standardized operating models.
  • Strong experience leading through influence in international matrix organizations and developing leaders across regions.
  • Relevant technical understanding of electrification, automation, industrial products, lifecycle services or comparable fields, combined with strong learning agility.
  • Executive-level communication, customer orientation and sound judgment in portfolio, pricing, investment and commercial decisions.
