Requirements

What will you do at MMDSmart?

You’ll work closely with stakeholders from various departments, turning business needs into scalable configurations and automations. Your input will directly support process efficiency, transparency, and cross-team collaboration.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Administer and configure Jira and Confluence environments
  • Manage user access, groups, and project roles
  • Create and maintain custom workflows, issue types, screens, fields, filters, dashboards
  • Develop and maintain automation rules using Jira Automation
  • Assist in integrating Jira with tools (Slack, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Support and train users on Jira best practices

You are a perfect match if you have:

  • Strong knowledge of Jira and Confluence configuration (workflows, schemes, permissions, dashboards)
  • Experience with automation tools
  • Experience with query languages
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and integration patterns
  • Good communication skills and stakeholder support mindset
  • English proficiency (B2+)
