We warmly welcome applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, people with lived experience of mental health challenges or disability, people from multicultural backgrounds, and people who identify as LGBTIQA+. We recognise that diverse experiences and perspectives strengthen our workforce and the communities we support.
As Service Integration Coordinator, you’ll help establish a new statewide mental health service by building relationships and referral pathways that connect people to the right support at the right time. The role can be based in Tasmania’s North or North-West, with regular travel across the region and some travel elsewhere in Tasmania.
You’ll bring experience building strong working relationships across health, mental health or community services, with the ability to connect people and organisations and support the development of practical referral pathways.
