Service Innovation Engineer
You will be responsible for guiding multidisciplinary projects and collaborating effectively with diverse specialists to ensure successful project implementation and drive impactful change, working under limited supervision. The role streamlines processes and optimizes resource utilization through advanced process analysis techniques. The role plays a pivotal role in evaluating service innovation concepts and projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and maximizing ROI. The role serves as a trusted subject matter expert, provides consultative guidance to colleagues, and fosters knowledge sharing and informed decision-making.
Your Role:
You are fit if:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Bio-medical, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
5+ years' experience in field service engineering and proven success in implementing service innovations.
Strong understanding of service design principles and methodologies.
Proficiency in project management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
How we work together:
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This role is an office-based role.
