Job Description

We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Rugby to assist with the appointment of a Service Improvement Lead, on a 2-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

Rate of Pay: £29.00 - £36.76 per hour

An opportunity for an experienced Service Improvement Lead to support and enhance Waste Services delivery. This is a hands-on role focused on stabilising operations, improving performance, and ensuring efficient day-to-day service delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of day-to-day service operations
• Identify issues and implement immediate improvements
• Support and guide managers, supervisors, and staff
• Develop and improve processes, workflows, and standards
• Monitor performance and provide regular updates

Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience improving or turning around underperforming services
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing teams and service delivery
• Ability to work hands-on within operational environments
