What You'll Do
Intercepts all incoming calls and determines whether the person being called should be interrupted.
Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the answering time and the time they are put on hold.
Take thorough messages, including the caller’s first and last name, company name if applicable, time, and the message.
Communicate messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner.
Provide very basic information to callers who have general inquiries.
Serve as service center greeter (i.e. when customer is not met by a Service Advisor and direct to appropriate persons as necessary.
Update and distribute company telephone roster when necessary.
Maintain Phone log daily.
Maintain customer name file daily.
File repair orders daily.
Special projects as assigned.

Previous experience as a Greeter or in a related position preferred.
Must speak clearly on the telephone and convey an image of professionalism and competence to callers.
Must be able to convey messages to employees clearly and quickly.
Professional personal appearance.
Typing and 10 key operation by touch, computer friendly.
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
