You have good knowledge and solid experience of leading and you enjoy meeting and interacting with various business partners. You have experience of the transport industry, project management and working in a fast changing environment. You enjoy communicating, in both Swedish and English. You have proven analytical and numerical skills, strong computer skills and a very high proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
You enjoy applying a tactical and operational approach for analyzing business opportunities and you are inspired by challenging situations (Find problem – Analyze - Solve problem !). You have an eagerness to understand the IKEA business needs and influence improvement of the business with a focus on customer satisfaction.
For this role you have an education within logistics, economics, business administration or relevant work experience. You bring with you a minimum of 2 years working experience from CFF/Logistics/Supply chain on operational and/or tactical level.
The purpose of the role is to take responsibility for the performance of assigned service partners and develop the omnichannel capabilities of the IKEA service offer.

This role is fulltime, permanent and located at Service Office in Helsingborg and some travelling (1 day/week), are expected in the position.
Service Fulfilment operations is a function within Customer Fulfilment (CFF) and is responsible for operational excellence, performance and development of the fulfilment of affordable core services, resulting in a relevant, effective and sustainable service offer to perform with excellence with the customer needs in focus.
