The aim of these internships is to foster students’ professional development and understanding of the world of Hospitality. The intern will have a good exposure to hotel operations and will receive guidance on career planning throughout the internship.
We provide each intern with valuable experiences in the field of hospitality, including networking opportunities, and hands-on experience which will prepare the intern to successfully enter the workforce in the future. The intern will also learn how to work effectively and collaboratively in a fast-paced global environment.

In this role the Service Express Intern answers and directs all telephone calls, whilst handling guests’ requests in a professional manner, with the aim of providing maximum customer satisfaction. In performing this role, the successful intern must be proficient in spoken English, have strong verbal and written communication skills, a sound know-how of hotel operations and demonstrate great customer service skills.
Remuneration
The interns will receive a gross monthly allowance of €835. 10% will be deducted as National Insurance.
Interns can opt to stay in a shared room in the students’ accommodation which is located on hotel grounds. Those staying in the students’ accommodation will have access to a common kitchen , living and laundry areas.
The possibility for student accommodation is on first come, first served basis as the number of rooms is limited and the rooms are being booked at a fast pace.

Students are expected to work the standard 40 hour week. Extra hours worked over and above the standard 40 hour week will be paid extra at a higher rate.
