A DAY IN THE LIFE …
The Service Expansion Specialist supports the operational business in improving customer experience and enhancing market satisfaction through project and portfolio management, transition and service expansion management, and benefits tracking and value contribution strategies. The role helps discover potential opportunities for center expansion and performs project solutioning and implementation following the Service Expansion Methodology.
ARE YOU A FIT?
• Experience leading large teams and delivering successful outcomes
• Experience participating in major change initiatives within complex organizations
• Proven ability to contribute strategically and operationally to project design and execution
• Cross-functional and multicultural work experience
• Experience working with senior management stakeholders
• Experience managing projects as a Project Manager or Project Team Member
• Strong project and portfolio management skills
• Knowledge of Nestlé organization, structure, and business operations
• Understanding of NBS functions, processes, and best practices
• Strong business acumen and understanding of business performance drivers
• Advanced knowledge of process mapping methodologies
• Understanding of commercial, technical, and financial priorities and processes
• Good understanding of customer and consumer value creation
• Strong knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects from ideation through implementation and replication
