Manage and coordinate the company vehicle fleet to ensure smooth daily operations.
Supervise service activities and monitor service quality standards.
Attend to customer complaints and inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with service teams, technicians, and customers regarding service schedules and requirements.
Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation.
Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing and repairs.
Handle administrative and back-office functions related to service operations.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
Support the implementation of operational improvements and service initiatives.
Perform any other duties related to service operations as assigned by management.
Requirements
G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) qualification in any stream.
Diploma or professional qualification in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field will be an added advantage.
Strong communication, organizational, and planning skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
