About the Role
We are seeking a fast learner and enthusiastic individual to contribute to our organization and make a mark in the EV industry. As a Service Executive, you will serve as the technical expert and lead for ou r Multi-Brand EV Stores.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide online service training to new dealers.
Manage key accounts and collaborate with OEM service teams.
Handle overall PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) issues.
Manage warranty and service-related tasks.
Requirements
Must have general knowledge of EV 2-wheeler service.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering or ITI in Automotive.
1-2 years of work experience in the 2-wheeler automotive or EV sector.
Languages Required: English, Hindi
