负责 IDC 机房智能化监控项目从现场查勘、方案交底、施工组织到验收交付的全流程管控，覆盖动环监控、视频安防、门禁通道、综合布线等系统，确保项目进度、质量、成本、安全等目标达成。
统筹设备到货验收、进场施工管理、系统安装调试、三方测试及专项验收；对接技术团队解决现场技术问题，管控施工变更，严格遵守机房施工安全规范与在运机房运维管理要求。
对接业主/甲方、机房运维、设备厂商、外包施工队、监理等多方干系人，同步项目进度，协调解决跨方争议，平衡各方需求，保障项目推进顺畅。
负责项目竣工资料、验收文档、系统操作手册、运维交接文档的资料管理与归档；组织对业主方的系统操作培训，完成运维交接与项目复盘总结。
识别项目进度、质量、安全风险，制定应对预案；确保项目符合《数据中心设计规范》（GB50174）、机房等级标准及行业合规要求。
本科及以上学历，通信工程、计算机、自动化、机电一体化等相关专业优先。
可适应长期出差，项目驻场（国内IDC项目为主，不限于国外IDC 项目）。
具备 3 年以上数据中心 / IDC 机房智能化监控、弱电系统集成项目管理经验，有完整的项目交付闭环经验。
熟悉 IDC 机房动环监控系统架构，了解机房动力、环境设备（UPS、精密空调、蓄电池等）基本原理。
熟练使用 CAD、Project 等项目管理与绘图软件，可独立完成施工图纸会审与进度计划编制。
持有 PMP、一级/二级建造师（机电 / 通信）、系统集成管理工程师、信息系统项目管理师证书等。
有阿里、腾讯、字节、万国、中金数据、世纪互联等园区IDC交付经验优先。
具备较强的现场统筹与突发问题解决能力，抗压能力强。
具备良好的跨方沟通与协调能力，可有效平衡多方诉求。
工作严谨负责，具备较强的成本、质量与安全管控意识。
原则性强，恪守职业规范，具备良好的团队合作精神。
