Job Description

• Handle customer support inquiries and claims, provide general machine Q&A, and offer support when machines are down.
• Conduct installation, maintenance, and relocation tasks, including environment checks, electricity/air supply verification, and logistics instructions.
• Perform accuracy checks, confirm with customers, place machines, and ensure proper closing procedures.
• Troubleshoot by checking machine status, identifying root causes, and restoring machine conditions.

Job Specifications:

• 1+ years of experience as a Service Engineer or Maintenance Engineer in Measurement tools.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering (electrical or mechanical engineering will be preferable).
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Having a good service mind.
