As a Maintenance/ Service Engineer based in Livingston you’ll be responsible for:
Servicing and calibrating equipment for our won hire fleet and customer owned equipment, including, where relevant carrying out services at customer premises
Competently carrying out technical demonstrations on the company’s full range of hire products
Supplying regional support on the specialist range of equipment that is operated from the central support facility at the HQ in Chesterfield
Providing telephone technical support both internally and externally
Delivering first class customer back up including attending breakdowns, providing onsite technical support and training, carrying out site audits and providing feedback to customers and supervisors
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 7.30am – 4.30pm or 8am - 5pm

A proven mechanical engineering/mechanics background
Electrical, hydraulic and component fault finding background/experience
Flexible disposition
