We are looking for an experiencedService Engineer, Grinding & Coatingwith strong hands-on expertise in supersonic thermal spraying and coating processes. If you have a passion for precision, quality, and problem-solving in industrial coating applications, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate HVOF spraying equipment with high efficiency and precision
Optimize supersonic spray parameters including fuel/oxygen ratio, spray distance, powder feed rate, and gun speed
Perform routine and corrective maintenance on HVOF equipment
Lead and support coating projects based on business needs
Apply basic grinding techniques and operate grinding machines as required
Expectations for you:
Minimum 3 years of experience in supersonic thermal spraying (HVOF/HVAF), with hands-on coating production of industrial components
Proficient in coating performance testing and microstructure analysis using relevant equipment
Familiar with supersonic spraying systems (Sulzer Metco, Praxair, Oerlikon Metco series), including setup, debugging, and troubleshooting
Strong analytical and process optimization skills to resolve quality issues such as porosity, cracking, or low hardness
Education: Junior college or above; high school graduates with extensive experience and exceptional skills are also welcome
Good English reading and writing skills; basic listening and speaking abilities
Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and communication skills
Willingness to work on public holidays, travel frequently, and handle night shifts for on-site projects
