Opportunity Overview
• Creates and implements support plan for customer in conjunction with cross functional groups and customer maintenance team with objectives of reducing equipment downtime and maintenance cost.
• Perform system installation, PM, calibration, retrofit, training and troubleshooting.
• Escalates service problem and take ownership of problem until it is resolved.
• Provides technical expertise and value to customers.
• Provides answers to customer inquiries concerning system.
• Provides hardware development and consultation.
• More senior levels may provide recommendations/inputs into the next generation product development.

• Degree in electronics engineering or related field.
• Experience in working with customer in the semi test area is a plus.
• Has a good working attitude and willingness to work.
• Can work under higher pressure & deal with constant requirement changes.
• Have testing or ATE experience will be a plus.
• Fluent in English is a plus.
• Having experience in handler/prober H/W docking integration will be a plus.
• Flexible to support business trip as project requirement.
• ATE experience with on site support at OSAT will be a plus.
