Main Purpose of the role
To install, repair, commission & train customers at Ishida projects on customer’s sites in Germany & Austria and PDI’s at Ishida sites. Responsible for the direct technical on-site support for the installed base at assigned customers and substitution of the cluster Partner. Occasional Support of other Clusters or Regions if required.

What skills are we looking for?
To be successful in this role you will have technical / engineering degree (or relevant working experience, have excellent communication skills, able to convey and assimilate complex information and have extensive knowledge of electrical and mechanical disciplines. You must be IT Literate, have excellent administration, organisation, and planning skills.
Desirable but not essential:
You will be able to consistently complete tasks to a high standard, provide excellent customer service, have a positive and “will do” attitude, must be able to work individually or as part of a team and be willing to drive long distances.
You must be fluent in English and German.
