Arjo provides medical equipment and solutions for hospitals and elderly care markets, including pressure area care, patient handling, and diagnostic equipment. We are a market leader in medical equipment rentals and capital equipment sales, operating under ISO 13485 certified Quality Management System.
Ensure optimal performance and reliability of medical equipment by delivering high-quality service, technical support, and maintenance solutions, while enhancing customer satisfaction and driving service revenue through AMC/CMC contracts.
The role involves installation, servicing, and maintenance of medical equipment across assigned accounts, along with providing technical and operational support to customers and channel partners. The incumbent will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairs, service documentation, and promoting annual maintenance contracts, while ensuring timely resolution of issues and adherence to quality and compliance standards
Knowledge of Basic Testing tools, Basic Electronic Components, Card or PCB Repairs, Knowledge of Microsoft XL/Word, Internet, Good communication skill.
Problem solving Attitude, Patience and Good Customer management.
Qualifications & ExperienceDiploma in Engineering (2 - 3 yrs) OR BE with 2 years of experience
CTC OfferedAs per market standards.
