We are looking for a Solar String Inverter Service Engineer – Technical Support to join our growing renewable energy support team. The role involves remote technical support (tele support) for customers and installers, focusing on solar string inverter troubleshooting, fault analysis, and performance monitoring, along with effective case management using Salesforce and SAP.
Key Responsibilities
Qualification
Electrical Electronic Engineer with Experience of minimum4 years in same domain.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Proven ability to diagnose system issues across hardware, software, and network layers.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
Ability to clearly document setups, test scenarios, and findings, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
