The Teradyne IST (Integrated System Test) Group is looking for a highly motivated, energetic, technically driven Field Service Engineer who is: Proven to be effective in consistently applying technical knowledge in achieving field service team department goal, include the system KPI, customer satisfaction, cost reduction or productivity breakthrough for Department or customers.
Proven to be effective in working with engineers, customers, product support group, and operations, etc. In terms of to improve the production system uptime, MTBF, MCBA, MTTR, to improve the slot availability to meet the commitment to customer.

Opportunity Overview
1.On-site service of the production (tester) system at the customer OSAT factories, include the downtime trouble shooting, jam recover, utilization improvement.
2.Performing the new system installation or any upgrade or retrofits.
3.Data collection and data first level analyzing to find the issues root causes such as the mechanical, electrical and automation problems
4.Daily on duty reporting of the major issues to the team.
5.Preventative maintenance per the guideline periodically.
6.Issues reporting and escalations internally.

1.Batchelor degree in electronics, mechanical.
2.Minium 2 years work experience in Electronical or Mechanical or semiconductor areas.
3.Familiar of the automation testing, with automation equipment & testers maintenance experience is preferred.
4.Basic skills to do the Automation logs, testing logs analysis.
5.Able to communicate in English both in writing and talking.
6.Strong reporting skills to use MS office, especially to use PPT.
7.Strong communication skills and teamwork skills.
8.Able to business trip occasionally both in domestic and abroad.
9.Able to accept the shift work at night/weekend shift or Overtime work if needed.
10.Willing to learn.
