We are looking for a Service Engineer for our Division Aftermarket at our location of Lingang, Pudong, Shanghai.

What you can look forward to as Service Engineer - Aftermarket:

• According to the arrangement of technical service department leader, in accordance with the technical specifications and requirements of the company, complete the workshop maintenance and on-site service, solve the product failure and meet customer needs. Be responsible for customer satisfaction.
• Provide maintenance service for the users of ZF products independently, accurately judge and effectively eliminate the failure, and provide timely, accurate and completed maintenance service report.
• Be familiar with ZF products and maintenance knowledge and could introduce to customers. Answer user technical questions. Explain to the customers what the root causes for the failures are and what need to be taken care of.
• Collect and report market information in the course of service. Continuously improve work efficiency, and ensure service quality.

Your Profile as Service Engineer - Aftermarket:

• College degree or above, major in automotive or mechanical engineering or related engineering curriculum. Above 2 years working experience in automotive industry, better with repairing experiences. Has knowledge on vehicle structure and related parts and systems.
• Good English skills, for basic communication.
• Be familiar with Office and test software and equipment operation.
• Master the structure and knowledge of automotive transmission or other chassis systems.
