Als servicetechnicus bent u verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud en de reparatie van automatische voetgangersdeuren of industriële deuren. U bezoekt dagelijks klanten op verschillende locaties in uw regio en adviseert hen over de beste oplossing voor eventuele reparaties. Met andere woorden: u zorgt ervoor dat onze producten perfect functioneren en waarborgt zo de kwaliteit en veiligheid ervan. U wijst de klant op te verwachten slijtage en defecten en stelt indien nodig zelf offertes op, die u zorgvuldig met de klant bespreekt.
Als service-ingenieur herkent u zich in het volgende profiel:
· U beschikt over een technisch diploma in elektromechanica – elektrotechniek of u hebt gelijkwaardige ervaring;
· U beschikt bovendien over een goed technisch inzicht en gezond verstand;
· U bent flexibel en communiceert vlot met klanten;
· Tot slot bent u nieuwsgierig, enthousiast en werkt u graag in teamverband.
