Job Description

Work Flexibility: Field-based

In this field-based role, you will be responsible for providing maintenance, repairs, and technical support for a range of medical devices and surgical equipment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and performance of equipment that directly impacts patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Repair, service, and testStryker’s electronic and mechanical devices to manufacturer and regulatory standards.
  • Deliver preventive maintenance, calibrations, and annual checkson equipment in hospitals and clinical settings.
  • Install systemsand complete hardware and software upgradesat customer sites.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly, ensuring minimal disruption to clinicians.
  • Partner with Customer Service to keep workflows smooth and customer expectations met.
  • Document all service activitiesaccurately for compliance and full traceability.
  • Support internal teams and customers with technical advice and training

  • Collaborate with colleagues to share technical knowledge and contribute to team goals

Travel Percentage: 70%
