As a Service Engineer, you will be part of our Customer Service Operations team, working directly at customer sites to keep essential food processing and packaging lines running reliably. Your work contributes to ensuring uninterrupted food production — a vital link in global food systems that support hundreds of millions of consumers every day. You will operate as an individual contributor, partnering closely with customer teams and internal experts to secure equipment performance, minimize downtime, and strengthen long‑term customer trust.
This role stands out for the impact in the field: hands-on problem solving, advanced technical exposure, and the opportunity to represent a company recognized for quality, innovation, and sustainability leadership in the food industry. You will diagnose technical issues, ensure optimal equipment performance, and empower operators through training — all while contributing to our promise to Protect What’s Good.
You will be based in Asunción, Paraguay.
You may be required to travel to customer sites up to 90% of your time.
