About this role
Carrier Climate Controls & Security (Aftermarket and Services) has an opportunity for a senior service engineering professional with strong knowledge and highly developed HVAC technical expertise in the field. In this role, the focus will be on being the subject matter expert for technical issues, provide solutions, develop work standard processes and train stakeholders. The candidate must maintain effective communication and frequent contact with key customers and field team members. Primary duties include supplying technical solutions and guidance to field members, assisting with advanced troubleshooting, communicating technical and product information to the field, and reporting on technical issues to management and key stakeholders.
