Job Title: Service Engineer

Location: Kashipur

Reporting to Service Manager, AS India

We are looking for an experienced Service Engineer with strong QCS/DCS background to support our customers and help grow our automation service business across India and Asia Pacific.

This role combines hands-on service engineering tasks with proactive service activities, supporting our customers and contributing to our growth in the industry. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving service business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize QCS/DCS systems.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and performance checks.
• Provide technical support and customer training.
• Develop solutions to improve system performance and reliability.
• Work with internal teams to deliver service projects smoothly.
• Build strong customer relationships and identify new service needs.
• Support sales with proposals, cost estimates, and presentations.
• Track market trends and explore new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Energy Systems, or related field.
• 3–5 years’ automation experience in pulp & paper or similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of process systems and maintenance.
• Skilled in diagnostics and performance optimization.
• Good communication, presentation, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to travel extensively to meet customer and business needs.
