Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Commissions and repairs industrial refrigeration plants and equipment, utilizing knowledge of mechanics and electronics with standard test instruments and hand tools
2. Trouble shoots and assesses industrial refrigeration plant conditions
3. Interprets maintenance manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams
4. Develops and maintains positive customer relationships and the necessary documentation of the customers equipment and systems status
5. Documents completed work timely, clear and concise in-service reports
6. Supports and promotes the service sales activities where necessary and requested
7. Ensures compliance with the KTI safety standards and adheres to all international applicable industry standards and requirements
8. Supports and trains customers on the KTI system operation at site or remotely
9. Installs and troubleshoots electrical systems, motors and VFDs
10. Advises management regarding customer satisfaction, product performance, and suggestions for product improvements
11. Performs other related duties and assignments as required

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• BSc Degree (mechanical engineering or the like)
• Valid UAE driver license
• Minimum 5 years experience (preferably within the GCC)
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English
