The Service Engineer is responsible for

installation, commissioning, maintenance,

and troubleshooting of Bosch industrial

boiler systems for key account

customers. The role supports service

growth, ensures high customer

satisfaction, and protects Bosch's

installed base across West Africa



Key Responsibilities

Perform commissioning, maintenance,

inspection, and repair of industrial boilers

and related systems

Diagnose technical issues and ensure

fast, reliable service interventions

Support key account customers and

ensure contractual service commitments

are met

Execute service activities in compliance

with Bosch quality, safety, and HSE

standards

Prepare service reports, technical

documentation, and customer feedback

Coordinate with internal teams (sales,

engineering, partners) and external

suppliers when required

Support emergency interventions and onsite

customer assistance across Africa

Qualifications

Technical diploma or engineering degree

in mechanical, electrical, or industrial

systems

3-5years experience in industrial boilers, burners,

or thermal systems (preferred)

Strong troubleshooting and hands-on

technical skills

Willingness to travel frequently within

Africa

Good communication skills and customeroriented

mindset

Ability to work independently under field

conditions

Knowledge of safety regulations and

service procedures
