Hitachi Energy is currently looking for an Field Service Engineer for the High Voltage Business to join their team in Vadodara , India. This team seeks a skilled and motivated individual.

How you’ll make an impact
Perform feasibility study to create changes as per the requirements in Problem Report raised by cross-functional teams.
Make the changes as the Product Change Request (PCR) or Customer Specific Change (CSC).
Create 3D models and 2D drawings proficiently for HV GIS components using Creo tool. Also have experience of working with Windchill PLM system.
Create & modify BOM in SAP.
Follow & maintain the standard procedure of change management for every workflow.
Perform tolerance chain calculation. Perform burst pressure analysis for pressure vessel and basic dielectric calculations.
Participates constructively within team discussion. Shares own technical knowledge and support colleagues in applying processes and tools to ensure timely and high-quality results.
Shows solid documentation skills and writes technical reports independently.
Involve and generate solution for Design to Value activities.
Create development report, analysis report, assembly & test instruction, etc. Perform root cause analysis.
Coordination with various cross functional stakeholders.
Field Service Engineering work is focused on providing technical advice to customers including commissioning, installing, and testing of products/equipment at site across India
Troubleshoot and Overhauling of the breaker. Train customers on the features of the equipment they have purchased at Factory or site.
Identifying and correcting more complex problems associated with start-up
Researching, evaluating, and recommending new products or equipment upgrades that will meet customer needs
Developing on-going relationships with customers to secure future business.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background
Diploma Electrical /B.E.Electrical ,
2 to 3 years of Experience.
Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required
