Are you a master of coordination and efficiency? Join our dynamic team as a Service Dispatcher and take the lead in scheduling and assigning jobs to Customer Engineers and subcontractors. You will be the key player ensuring we exceed customer expectations while maintaining the highest levels of service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Scheduling: Organize and assign tasks to Customer Engineers (CEs) and subcontractors to meet customer requirements for contracts, emergency calls, corrective actions, warranties, and start-ups.
• Control & Compliance: Ensure all controls prescribed by I.T.C. are executed with precision.
• Team Leadership: Oversee the daily operations of a team of Customer Engineers and subcontractors across a geographical area, driving efficiency and productivity.
• Optimization: Continuously seek to improve the team's performance and operational efficiency.
• Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with our Service Sales teams to help achieve sales targets.

Required experience:

At least 2 year of professional experience in commercial area (would be an advantage)
